If there are any questions about our recommended spare size, go to sparetire.com and enter the vehicle’s tire size and our recommended spare tire size, and you can see the comparison of rolling diameters. If it is at a 5% or below variance, our spare will fit properly. If it does not show a -5% or +5% diameter variance, please call us at 800-941-9302.
RETURN POLICY
Our 10-day money-back guarantee policy applies to the EZ spare fitting the vehicle to drive on. We do not guarantee our EZ Spare wheel/tire will fit in the vehicle’s trunk or storage area. We suggest the storage area or wheel well is measured prior to purchasing the recommended spare. Dimensions of our spares are listed on the page under Specifications once the vehicle information is entered. Unfortunately, vehicle manufacturers do not publish storage area or wheel well sizes by year, make, and model. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit in the desired storage location.
If the buyer receives the purchased spare and requests a refund due to the wheel not fitting in a storage area, a RA# is required for the return, and a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund. EZ Spare customizes each purchase individually, and a significant expense is incurred in return. The customer is also responsible for the shipping charges to return the wheel to EZ Spare Wheel.
